Position Description:
The Assistant Construction Superintendent is the field representative of the Company and is responsible for the safe completion of projects within budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards, and to the customer's satisfaction. The Assistant Construction Superintendent will work closely with the project team to ensure safety compliance, craft supervision and production, trade partner coordination, scheduling, material handling, daily reports, quality control and craft training are handled to the Company’s standards.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field, and/or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
Five (5) years’ experience in construction management or a related field required.
Professional accreditations desirable.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
