Assistant Consultant - Quantity Surveying

As a Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring effective support in quantity & cost estimation, Project financial control, and contract administration across diverse, large-scale developments, often in challenging environments.



Your primary responsibilities include the preparation of detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices.



Maintaining strict contractual and commercial oversight. Your role will also involve managing risks, negotiating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
