Assistant Controller (AR/AP/OTC) - US GAAP (US Shift/WFO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to oversee the financial operations and reporting functions of our US-based entities. This role is responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements and compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and ensure compliance with US GAAP.

• Manage the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion. • Establish and maintain internal controls and financial procedures to mitigate risk and safeguard company assets.
