The Assistant Controller works closely with the Vice-President of Finance, President, Executive Team, and Store Managers to prepare financial statements for a multi-store, large volume family owned business and ensure the accuracy of all financial records and transactions. This position analyzes trends and advises on variances, assists in developing a fiscal strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals, and provides overall support for the company’s operations. This position will require a strong attention to detail, active contribution to the fiscal operations of the company, and overall responsibility for day-to-day accounting functions.
