About the Opportunity

• Manage and supervise the financial reporting functions for a portfolio of Commercial real estate properties.
• Financial reporting functions include the review of monthly and quarterly operating statements, detailed variance analysis, working papers, annual property and tenant audited statements and annual billing to tenants.
• Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow analyses.
• Review journal entries prepared by Property Accountants to ensure accuracy.
