JOB SUMMARY
:Responsible for the overall coordination of day-to-day operations at Santiago Lodge, Cecelia House and Sommerville Place, The Bloom Group’s mental health housing buildings with a combined number of (70) beds. Oversees the development and implementation of program procedures and services in alignment with The Bloom Group’s policies, ensuring that all program deliverables and regulatory requirements are met.
Champions quality improvement initiatives, and fosters a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment. Committed to ongoing professional development, and coordinates partnerships between Santiago, Cecelia and Somerville programs community partners and service providers. Maintains compliance with best practise standards and ensures adherence to annual requirements set by contract funders.
