Job Description

  • Roles & Responsibilities:

Post contract:

  • Reconcile measured quantities with site progress and validate subcontractor bills.
  • Attend site visits to understand execution status and take site measurements.
  • Prepare/check running bills and assist in certifying payments to subcontractors/agencies.
  • Contribute inputs for monthly cost reports, financial reports, and risk assessments.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for all internal and external discussions.
  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of experience.

Understands standard mechanical/electrical systems and basic sequencing of services; applies concepts in take-off and cost planning with some guidance.
