Job Profile:

To independently represent the Company across the Mumbai-Pune region , build strong local relationships, convert retail and project enquiries, and act as a market intelligence link for the Director .

This is a semi-autonomous role , requiring strong ownership, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate with minimal day-to-day supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with contractors, builders, and interior designers across Mumbai and Pune.
• Handle:
• Retail sales orders
• Small to mid-sized project enquiries
• Coordinate remotely with the Company's Ahmedabad plant for feasibility, timelines, and execution
• Ensure technical and commercial feasibility before committing to customers
• Track payments and collections closely (critical for outstation sales)
• Share weekly market intelligence with the Director, including:
• Pricing trends
• Competitor activity
• Demand and project movement

Preferred Background

• 5+ years of experience within the Mumbai construction ecosystem
• Exposure to glass, façade, tiles, ceramics, interiors, or building materials
• Comfortable working independently without daily supervision
• Strong, active local contractor and builder network
