Job Description
**Position Summary**:
The Assistant Designer should have a passion for design and pop culture.
They will develop on-trend generic and Licensed designs for apparel and work directly with Creative Leads and the Art Director.
This position requires a creative background and skillset to contribute with original design creation along with design revisions within the Apparel Design field. The ideal team member is organized, self-motivated and has great follow through aligned with creative problem-solving skills.
The Assistant Designer must possess a willingness to grow and learn creatively.
**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO**:
Utilizing Photoshop & Illustrator to execute graphic ideas
Work with Creative Leads to understand Brand & Sales needs
Creating thumbnails and ideations for design concepts
Effectively speak to design and software discussions
Provide insight on future growth opportunities through researching licenses and current events.
