The Company 
Our client is one of Australia's leading private development groups with a significant portfolio of tier 1 projects. The business has an outstanding reputation and is going through an exciting phase of growth with new projects recently acquired and a number of others in delivery.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, this role requires a competent individual who can assist the SDM to drive these projects from inception through to completion. You'll have the opportunity to work on one QLD's largest masterplanned communities, gaining full development lifecycle exposure along the way. There's no better way to nurture your growth in the industry. 

The Person
The successful candidate for this role will have the following experience:

• Minimum 1yr Residential Development experience (land or built-form)
• Tertiary qualifications in Design, Engineering or Construction
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach
• You may be looking to step across into an ADM role or be in a similar role looking to step up in a progressive company
