About the role
As the Assistant Director at Happy Valley Community Children's Centre, you will play a key role in supporting the Centre Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of this thriving early learning facility. In this full-time position based in Happy Valley, SA 5159, you will contribute to the strategic leadership and management of the Centre, ensuring the delivery of exceptional childcare and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the Centre Director in managing the overall operations and administration of the Centre
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Centre's educational program, ensuring it aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Oversee the supervision, training and development of the Centre's educators and support staff
- Foster strong relationships with families and the local community to support the Centre's objectives
