The Assistant Director reports to the Deputy Director of Development Fund Office and plays an active role in conceptualising, developing, and executing fundraising strategies. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the role is responsible for driving initiatives that secure sustainable funding for the Community Fund’s key programmes.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit and manage Mid-Level and Major Gift ($10,000 to $1,000,000) prospects.
• Develop strategies and approaches to generate ever-higher levels of giving.
• Generate leads to increase the overall prospect pool.
• Lead Corporate Sponsorship initiatives and prepare tailored proposals for donor prospects.
