About the Role

Following continued growth in our Early Learning Services, Sheldon College is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Early Learning to support the leadership and day-to-day operations of our Early Learning Centre.

Working closely with the Director of Early Learning and Educational Leader, this role provides operational, administrative and people leadership support across our Long Day Care, Kindergarten and Outside School Hours Care programs. The Assistant Director plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality practice, strong team culture, effective family communication and ongoing compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements.

As a key member of the Early Learning Centre Leadership Team, you will act as a Responsible Person, support nominated supervisor functions as delegated, and assume leadership responsibility in the absence of the Director of Early Learning.
