Pay: $40.65 to $41.98 - depending on qualification and experience

The centre provides education and care to children from six weeks to six years. Our Educators come from a variety of backgrounds making us a truly multicultural centre.
We are committed to regular professional development and all of our Educators hold relevant Early Childhood, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma qualifications along with Working With Children Checks.
In this role, you will:- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
- Receive at least 7% above the award rate
