We are hiring for one of the Big 4 consulting firms for full-time roles across the following locations:

📍 Gurgaon – TS Audit

📍 Bangalore – TS Risk Advisory

Experience Required:

🔹 12+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Proven experience in stakeholder management at senior leadership levels
• Exposure to workforce planning, succession planning, and change management

Must-Have Background:

• Experience in the Financial Services domain
• Preferably from a consulting background (Big 4 / Big 6)
