Role: Senior Manager / Associate Director – Partnerships & Alliances
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for a senior partnerships leader who can own and scale our alliances strategy across key markets. The ideal candidate has 8–12 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, and driving revenue through strategic collaborations.
What You’ll Own:
Build, manage, and grow strategic alliances across technology, consulting, and channel partners.
Develop partnership frameworks, joint GTM plans, and revenue-focused programs.
Identify, onboard, and enable new partners to expand the ecosystem.
Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
Manage partner performance, quarterly business reviews, and growth metrics.
Strengthen long-term partner relationships through structured communication, business planning, and capability development.
Identify new partnership opportunities to support market expansion, product adoption, and overall pipeline acceleration.
What We’re Looking For:
8–12 years of experience in alliances, channel partnerships, business development, or ecosystem growth roles.
Strong understanding of partnership models, GTM motions, and revenue-driving partner programs.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing senior leadership.
Proven ability to build high-impact partnerships and exceed joint business goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
