Preparing the strategy for effective search of business development leads and prospective recruitment partners.
Responsible for hunting and nurturing potential partners, specifically BIG Marquee Brands.
Meeting with CXO, CHRO, and key decision makers from BIG Marquee Brands for placements and internships of action plans to penetrate new markets.
Work Closely with School Heads and Deans to understand their placement/internship requirements and plan accordingly.
Ensuring that the team has a steady pipeline of prospective recruiters on weekly/monthly basis from the team.
