Your key responsibilities
Design , Develop and deploy leadership program specific for the leadership ranks Work closely with the business leaders/ sponsors to understand the business requirements and evaluate the learning gaps. Build tangible learning solutions that address business needs Use the EY learning framework to curate programs that are based on learning , experience and coaching Lead and consult on learning interventions through blended e-learning, instructor-led programs, and measure training effectiveness Track metrics for effectiveness of the program and objectives of the COE Stay connected with the Learning and Talent team for real-time...
