The opportunity

is to build key leadership competency as they transition to Strategic Business Leaders from deep technical / domain leaders. The Signature Experiences & Coaching are tools to harness the skills and sharpen their leadership traits .

Your key responsibilities

  • Design , Develop and deploy leadership program specific for the leadership ranks
  • Work closely with the business leaders/ sponsors to understand the business requirements and evaluate the learning gaps. Build tangible learning solutions that address business needs
  • Use the EY learning framework to curate programs that are based on learning , experience and coaching
  • Lead and consult on learning interventions through blended e-learning, instructor-led programs, and measure training effectiveness
  • Track metrics for effectiveness of the program and objectives of the COE
