Assistant Directors (AI Adapted)

ResounAI is a Generative AI video production company specializing in cinematic storytelling for AI-driven ads, micro-dramas, and branded films.

We're looking for an intermediate-level Assistant Director (AD) with hands-on experience in advertising projects — ideally someone who has worked across both traditional ads and AI-powered content.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with creative leads to conceptualize and direct ad projects.
• Lead pre-production planning, shot breakdowns, and storyboarding.
• Work with AI video tools such as Kling, Veo, and Seedance.
• Oversee post-production: animation, editing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with editors, writers, and AI artists during working hours.
• Ensure team communication and workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in ad filmmaking (Assistant Director or Creative Coordinator level).
• Proven track record in advertising or branded video content.
• Familiarity with AI image/video tools (Midjourney, Runway, Nano Banana, etc.) preferred.
• Strong cinematic storytelling sense and attention to visual detail.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Based in India and available for remote collaboration.

Contract Type:

Contract-based engagement with potential for long-term collaboration.

Compensation will be discussed based on project scope and experience.
