Assistant Electrical Estimator & Pre-Construction Manager

EliteHire Solutions are looking for an Assistant Electrical Estimator & Pre-Construction Manager to join a growing electrical contractor supporting projects across commercial, industrial, renewables and high-end residential sectors.
Ideal for a hands on electrician ready to step off the tools or a junior estimator / graduate wanting to build a long term pre-construction career.
The Role
ā¢ Prepare accurate electrical estimates and tender submissions
ā¢ Review drawings, specs and scopes
ā¢ Carry out take-offs and obtain supplier/subcontractor quotes
ā¢ Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings
ā¢ Support design development and technical submissions post-award
ā¢ Work closely with directors, engineers and contracts teams
ā¢ Help shape cost-effective, buildable solutions
