Job Description
Maintain and manage all controlled documents such as drawings, specifications, procedures, and reports.
Ensure documents are properly reviewed, approved, updated, and distributed according to company procedures.
Monitor document revisions and ensure only the latest versions are in use.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems (hardcopy and electronic).
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on document submission and retrieval.
Preparing technical documents, drawings, reports, and calculations.
Support project coordination activities, including tracking progress and documentation status.
Assist in site coordination, inspections, or testing activities when required.
Compile data and prepare basic technical reports or summaries.
Follow up on engineering-related action items and deadlines.
