A leading food processing solutions company in Metro Vancouver is seeking an Assistant Engineer to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will support the Project Engineer in designing food processing equipment using AUTOCAD and Inventor, conduct onsite audits, and assist with technical reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least one year of experience in equipment design. The position requires travel and a valid driver's license. Strong communication skills and self-motivation are essential.
