Description:

Responsibilities

  • Reports to Manager for IT System Administration & Support on Secured Network.

  • Perform the role of System Administrator (SA) and Network Administrator (NA) and manage Computing and Networking services to maintain operational readiness.
    Implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes as necessary.

  • Set up & maintain User accounts and workstations & Desktop PC to enforce security on access controls, encryption, and end point protection.

  • Perform computer setup to support disaster recovery exercises.

  • Maintain IT Security System & Documentation according to organizational policies and practices.

  • Maintain inventory and asset configuration for workstations and Desktop PC.

  • Coordinate / Perform Level 1,2 and 3 support and helpdesk service requests.

  • Liaise with vendors to troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues.

  • Support audit and compliance activities.
     

    • Requirements 

  • Knowledge & experience in handling & Administration of Microsoft Window Servers, VMware, Cisco Switches, Windows 11 & above Desktops Support.

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in system administration.

  • Adaptable to changes with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to self-learn, acquire new skills and support new systems

  • Good interpersonal skills across inter departments.

  • Self-driven and team player.
