Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Executive to support the development of a Knowledge Management System for Traffic Signals. The role involves assisting engineers in the digitalisation, verification, and updating of traffic signal modification data, as well as supporting operational coordination for ongoing traffic management works.

Key Responsibilities

Traffic Systems Data & Documentation

•Digitalise and validate traffic light signal modification records for integration into the new central database.

•Review and cross-check schematic diagrams, intersection layouts, and control logic files to ensure alignment with approved modification plans.

•Maintain and update digital repositories of traffic signal configurations, junction layouts, and timing plans.

•Ensure accurate version control of all technical documentation related to traffic system updates.

System Tools & Process Improvement

•Learn and utilise the new digital platforms for traffic system documentation and archiving.

•Assist in streamlining workflows and data templates to improve operational traceability and reporting accuracy.

•Provide feedback to engineers on data consistency or technical issues encountered during the digitalization process.

Requirements

• An engineering diploma

•Good Understanding of Road Traffic Network

•Interest in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).

•Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data visualization tools (training provided).

•Detail-oriented, with strong data organization and analytical skills.

•Able to work independently
