Future Salary Increases:
** June 2026 – 8.76% increase to base pay (3.5% Across-the-Board + 2.9% Market Adjustment + 2.36% Internal Alignment Increase)
** June 2027 – 8.26% increase to base pay (3% Across-the- Board + 2.9% Market Adjustment + 2.36% Internal Alignment Increase)
The following are additional pay incentives and premiums that are available for those who are eligible:
