Assistant Engineer

Job Purpose

The Assistant Engineer is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance work on Communication systems. He also contributes to KAIZEN workflow improvements to enhance the reliability of the Communication systems, as well as leading a team of Technical Officers and ensuring the work quality and safety of external contractors and/or stakeholders.

He is required to perform rotating shift duties at NSEWL. He demonstrates team leadership skills, ensures the maintenance work is carried out in a safe and orderly manner, as well as contributing to the team's performance in achieving established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
