Position: Assistant Engineering Manager

Salary: £56,560 - £61,000 per annum

Overtime: Available & Optional

Location: Hemel Hempstead

We are currently looking for an Assistant Engineering Manager to join our client's dedicated Engineering team in their commitment in providing a high standard of service output for their customers.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs
• Car Driving licence
• Supervisory/Managerial Experience within the PSV/HGV industry (non-negotiable)

Main Duties

• Daily management of the engineering function
• Ensuring the fleet of PSVs are maintained to DVSA standards
• Achieving maximum vehicle availability & continually improving standards
• Direct influence on Health & Safety, compliance, culture, fatigue management & employee wellbeing
