Assistant Estimator

We are seeking an Assistant Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in Gaithersburg MD with a design-assist specialty contractor College Grads are encouraged to apply!

Pay Range:

• $50-65 (depending on experience) Responsibilities for Assistant Estimator : Assists in preparing accurate material take-offs.


• Organizes specifications per job scope for estimate.
• Prepares substitution requests for value engineering purposes.
• Assists in the preparation of project cost, estimates, and bid for new projects.
• Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

Qualifications for Assistant Estimator :
