Assistant Estimator – Montreal

Your main responsibility will be to support the preparation and analysis of quotations. You will work closely with team members to develop the skills necessary to handle projects while adhering to the company's quality and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include:

1. Searching for calls for tenders online and via email, and selecting the best options with the estimation director;
2. Managing addendums and incorporating them into files;
3. Preparing necessary documents, inputting plans and specifications into the server;
4. Preparing and sending documents for bid bond price requests;
5. Creating workshop drawings and specification sheets;
6. Comparing quotation drawings with construction drawings;
7. Calculating quantities and identifying required components;
8. Performing other duties related to the Assistant Estimator role;
9. Building and maintaining relationships with contractors for future opportunities;
