Job Summary
The Assistant will provide efficient academic, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth operational workflows, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with university and regulatory requirements, while supporting faculty, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations across academics, examinations Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students for administrative and academic requirements Assist in preparation and maintenance of reports, MIS, and documentation for audits and regulatory submissions (NAAC, AICTE, NIRF, etc.) Facilitate examination processes, including scheduling, verification, and coordination Manage communication, records, and data with accuracy and confidentiality Provide timely support in general administration and departmental coordination Qualifications
