Job Description

The EA's focus is to:

  • Agenda and calendar management: Schedule, coordinate and organize meetings, trips and events, ensuring optimal use of executives' time.
  • Meeting preparation: Create and distribute agendas, take notes, and follow up on agreements and tasks resulting from executive meetings.
  • Communication support: Write and review emails, presentations and internal documents, and maintain constant and fluid communication with the different teams.
  • Travel coordination: Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and any other related logistical aspects.
  • Special Project Management: Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic projects or special events.
  • Data analysis and management: Prepare reports, research information, and provide relevant data to support decision-making.
