Job Description

The EA's focus is to:

Agenda and calendar management: Schedule, coordinate and organize meetings, trips and events, ensuring optimal use of executives' time.

Communication support: Write and review emails, presentations and internal documents, and maintain constant and fluid communication with the different teams.

Special Project Management: Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic projects or special events.

Data analysis and management: Prepare reports, research information, and provide relevant data to support decision-making.

Ensure the discretion and privacy of all company information and CEO's.



Experience: At least 3-5 years of previous experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably in a highly demanding environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields (desirable, not exclusive).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel...
