1. Executive Support



  • Manage agendas, meetings, travel, and expenses for the Executive Director and three Directors

  • Support meeting preparation as needed


2. Department Coordination & Team Support



  • Organize weekly team meetings, departmental activities, and away days

  • Maintain SharePoint documents and serve as central contact for administrative requests

  • Support onboarding of new team members


3. Project & Event Support



  • Assist with event logistics, guest lists, registration setup, and stakeholder coordination

  • Handle post-event reporting and invoicing
