Job Description

Upkeep of IT infrastructure and resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and managing all infrastructure systems, operating systems & system management software
  • Adhere to the organization agreed SLA for uptime of critical devices, internet, intranet, Active Directory & email services.
  • Ensure all the Enterprise devices (servers, storage, firewall, switches, end-points etc) are patched with the latest patches.
  • Manage employee on-boarding and exit for asset provisioning and asset recovery.
  • Maintain the asset inventory for all infrastructure and organization issued user devices.
  • Ensure that only licensed software is installed on user devices.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT customer service roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / computer Science/ equivalent.
