Job Description
Upkeep of IT infrastructure and resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing all infrastructure systems, operating systems & system management software
- Adhere to the organization agreed SLA for uptime of critical devices, internet, intranet, Active Directory & email services.
- Ensure all the Enterprise devices (servers, storage, firewall, switches, end-points etc) are patched with the latest patches.
- Manage employee on-boarding and exit for asset provisioning and asset recovery.
- Maintain the asset inventory for all infrastructure and organization issued user devices.
- Ensure that only licensed software is installed on user devices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT customer service roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology / computer Science/ equivalent.
