Assistant Facilities Maintenance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Assistant Manager Works with the Facilities Manager and other managers to coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair work in the facility. They manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects. This role possesses a high attention to detail, a strong technical aptitude, and the ability to proactively seek out and develop creative solutions to challenges as they arise. This Position reports to the Facilities Manager.
