About the Role
We are hiring an Assistant Facilities Manager to support the operations and management of hospitality and hotel facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Head in daily operations and maintenance activities.
- Monitor equipment performance and supervise repair schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
- Prepare reports on facility operations and compliance.
- Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed.
- Support team management and staff training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- 4-5 years of facilities management experience, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
- Knowledge of facility systems, maintenance, and compliance.
- Advantage: experience in VVIP or royal household projects across the GCC .
