Equans is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team based in Alert House , BB11 1RU, This role will cover multiple schools in the Blackburn and Lancashire areas. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £28,.00 per annum and benefits package.

What will you deliver?


Responsible for the delivery of caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship, ensuring that all services are provided to a consistently high standard in accordance with the requirements of the Project Agreement.

  • Organise, manage and monitor the tasks of the caretaking staff.

  • Respond in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine caretaking services and provide cover as necessary.
