Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will supervise and line manage site-based facility teams (Placemakers), working collaboratively to uphold health and safety standards and foster a strong safety culture.

This position requires a proactive leader with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage operational challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the contract management team in delivering and developing service solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
  • Manage rostering of engineering, cleaning, and facility staff to meet contractual requirements and cover absences.
  • Ensure all documentation (audits, COSHH, H&S, SOPs) is accurate, up to date, and reviewed as required.
