Job Description

The Assistant Workplace Operations & Technical Manager collaborates closely with the India Workplace Operations & Hospitality Lead and cross-functional teams to align facilities strategies with business needs. Acts as the 'number 2' facilities point of contact after the Workplace Operations & Technical Manager. This role ensures seamless day-to-day office operations while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery across all technical and soft services.

  • Technical Systems Management & Daily Operations - Take full ownership of all office technical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Conduct daily checks, perform hands-on preventative maintenance tasks, and ensure all systems run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a clean, hygienic, and spotless service environment.
