The Role

The ideal candidate should be able to assist with fund set-up/dissolutions, structuring, acquisition and dispositions, build and put in place financial reporting templates and control, oversee financial reporting, for all entities, act as a liaison for financial audits and manages the financial statements, tax filing, transfer pricing, treasury, capital, payments, invoices, oversee statistical and regulatory reporting, manage consolidation financial reporting and analysis, cash management reports, cash flow forecast, tax submission, valuations, budgets and forecast.
