Assistant Financial Accountant

Robert Half has partnered with a growing organisation to recruit an Assistant Financial Accountant based in Liverpool.

This role is well suited to someone developing their finance career and looking to gain strong technical experience across month‑end, reconciliations and core accounting processes within a structured shared service environment.

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000, hybrid working and 25 days annual leave.

The Role

The Assistant Financial Accountant will support the delivery of accurate financial records and smooth month‑end close. Key responsibilities include:

• Posting journals into the general ledger and sub‑ledgers
• Preparing accruals and supporting month‑end processes
• Completing reconciliations for fixed assets, prepayments, intercompany and deferred income
