Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Degree from a Tourism school would be an asset
  • Working experience in a similar position in the hospitality sector, preferably in an international, luxury environment
  • Excellent command of the English language certified at Proficiency level
  • Strong people and project management skills
  • Problem solving skills. A can do attitude is a must.
  • Organizing skills and coordination ability
  • Analytical, and attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Interpersonal communication skills, integrity and commitment
  • EU National or Greek Resident

  • Assist in the exceptional Guest Service our Hotels are renown for and all Guest request
  • Conduct Room Inspections, and other hotel functions required in this role
  • Reply to and assist in all Guest Requests regarding the Housekeeping and Laundry services of our Hotels.
  • Ensure staff follow proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage guidelines
  • Assist in resolving minor staff issues or escalating them to the Floor Supervisor/Housekeeping Manager when needed.
