As part of a temporary replacement, you will join the Human Resource Management Service and will be involved in the following tasks:
Support to the management of young people – trainees, sandwich courses, summer jobs. This includes the issuing of internship agreements, of letters of invitation, internship certificates, etc.Liaison with the schools/university and with the internal stakeholders.Other missions to support other activities in the Human Resources Management Service. Academic degree (Bachelor or equivalent diploma worth 120 ECTS) in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.Strong command of administrative tools and office software (e.g., Word, Excel).Proficiency in English, which is the working language at the ESRF.<...
