• Assist the Front Store Manager in managing human, physical and financial resources of the store.
• Maintain store standards to optimize customer experience, drive traffic, and impact profitability.
• Work with management to ensure store standards are upheld 100% of the time, including the backroom.
• Help manage labour scheduling and leverage Workforce Management to maximize productivity.
