Assistant General Counsel, Global Technology & Sourcing

The role is responsible for supporting the Technology and Sourcing organizations with legal advice and with the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide variety of complex, global commercial agreements with third party suppliers, including cloud, software licensing, hardware, IT/consulting services, telecommunications and outsourcing. The position will be based in Minneapolis, MN; Dallas, TX; or Toronto, ON.
