Job Description
Responsibilities:
Partner closely with business stakeholders in purchase functions on vendor contracts.Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements including services agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, software agreements, consulting agreements, marketing agreements and licensing agreements and associated SOWs.Advise on appropriate dispute resolution strategies for each of these contractual relationships.Assist in continually improving form agreements for a range of supply chain purchases and procurement.Support employees' understanding of the company's contracting process and policies through the preparation of training materials and employee communications and the provision of periodic training sessions.What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Degree in law.A minimum of 7 years of general commercial counseling and/or litigation experience....
