Job Description
Group Operations Director / Group Operations Manager / Area Manager OBJECTIVES:
- Manage all aspects of the business, including F&B COGs, labor cost, overall standards, maintenance, sales, marketing initiatives, and training.
- Strive for the highest practices in the venue to ensure guests receive the best possible experience.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, displaying excellent organizational and human relations skills.
- Ensure all financial matters adhere to Solutions-Leisure policy & procedure guidelines.
- Maintain a spotless, immaculate, and fully operational venue at all times.
- Run the venue in parallel with the provided budgets and in accordance with the business plan of the venue.
