We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our leadership team in a dual Lead Bartender role. The AGM / Lead Bartender plays a hands-on leadership role, balancing active bartending shifts with management responsibilities. This position is essential to maintaining our cocktail standards, guest experience, staff culture, and operational flow especially during high-volume weekends.

Bar Leadership & Service

• Lead bartending shifts with confidence during busy service periods
  

• Deliver consistent, high-quality cocktails while maintaining speed and efficiency
  

• Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and guest engagement
  

• Uphold Wicklow Heights service standards and bar presentation
  

Cocktail Program & Beverage Development

• Work with beer, wine, and liquor reps to build and expand the cocktail program
  

• Contribute to seasonal menus, features, and specialty cocktails
  

• Maintain recipe consistency, specs, and batching standards
  

• Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost awareness
  

Management & Operations

• Support the General Manager in daily operations
  

• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance accountability
  

• Help manage scheduling, shift coverage, and floor flow
  

• Handle guest issues with professionalism and hospitality-first solutions
  

• Ensure compliance with safety, alcohol service, and cleanliness standards

• Prior leadership, key holder, or management experience preferred
  

• Passion for hospitality and genuine guest service
  

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
