Core Responsibilities
1. Global Partnerships & Alliances
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with leading global universities, research institutions, and academic networks.
- Negotiate and operationalize Mo Us, dual/joint programs, exchange agreements, and collaborative research frameworks.
- Ensure partnerships are substantive, reciprocal, and aligned with institutional priorities.
2. Student & Faculty Mobility
- Oversee inbound and outbound student exchange, study-abroad, and immersion programs.
- Facilitate faculty mobility, visiting professorships, and short-term global teaching and research engagements.
- Ensure high-quality academic integration and student experience across partner institutions.
3. International Programs & Initiatives
- Support the development of joint degrees, global pathways, summer schools, and international certification programs.
- Coordinate with academic schools to align global initiatives with curriculum and research goals.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and academic standards in all international engagements.
4. Global Branding & Representation
- Represent the institution in international forums, delegations, fairs, and academic networks.
- Support global reputation-building through strategic visibility and relationship management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on international positioning.
5. Operations, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and partner-specific requirements.
- Track KPIs related to partnerships, mobility, and global engagement outcomes.
- Prepare strategic reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
Essential
- Master’s degree or higher from a reputed institution (international exposure preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in international relations, global programs, or international higher education.
- Demonstrated success in managing global partnerships and academic mobility programs.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with top-ranked international universities or global education networks.
- Familiarity with accreditation, transnational education models, and international regulatory frameworks.
- Multilingual capability is an advantage.
