The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and accountability.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience (high-end or upscale dining preferred)
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on management style
- Wine and spirits knowledge are a plus
- Experience with Compeat, Aloha, HotSchedules, and Resy, or other similar systems
